Appointments are of high importance, and keeping scheduled bookings helps keep costs lower for you. We realize that unforeseen circumstances might require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we request at least 24-hour notice, if possible.

Cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice will result in a late fee, which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service and you will be required to send payment prior to when you book next. Please try to reschedule in as much advance as you can so that we can fill your appointment, and we can appreciate when life happens too. 

To respect the time of other clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients will be charged for their full scheduled spot even if they arrive late, and the technician will only be able to do the lashes in the time allowed. The technician may choose to forfeit a client’s appointment if they arrive more than 15 minutes late. A lash lift is perfect for those who want a low maintenance option to enhance their natural lashes. Our lash lifts will give you a perfect curl that will last for weeks.

If you do not show up for an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the missed service, and the technician may reserve the right to refuse your future bookings. 

We reserve the right to cancel an appointment. Should such a cancellation occur within 48 hours prior to your appointment time, a new appointment will be scheduled without additional fees, based on availability.

We do not issue refunds for services or allergies. If you are dissatisfied with your service or have an allergic reaction, we will be more than happy to offer to fix your lashes within 72 hours or to remove your lashes alternatively.
